Spare parts for card printers

Printheads, cleaning rollers, belts and encoding modules. On a card printer, the cleanliness of the card path matters as much as the part replaced.

Three criteria separate the models:

• The printer's exact part number: heads are not interchangeable across ranges
• Cleaning kit, to be run whenever a part is replaced
• Encoding module, separately replaceable on most models

A card printer head is almost always ruined by embedded dust. Changing the head without cleaning the card path kills the new part within a few hundred cards.
