Label Rewinder And Label Dispenser

These peripherals sit before or after the printer. The unwinder feeds large rolls, the rewinder collects output onto a reel, the dispenser presents the label ready to pick.

Three criteria separate the models:

• Accepted roll diameter and width, checked against actual stock
• Winding direction, inside or outside, matched to the applicator
• Synchronisation with the printer, by sensor or by signal

A large-diameter unwinder mainly cuts the number of reloads. On a line running continuously that is machine time gained, not comfort.
