PORTABLE POWER SYSTEMS

The PowerSwap Nucleus Lithium Power System from Newcastle Systems is a portable lithium iron phosphate power pack designed for warehouse, DC, and production floor environments. It delivers continuous output of 120 W (1 battery) or 240 W (2 batteries) at 230 V AC, 50 Hz, pure sine, enough to run hardware such as a laptop, industrial printer, and scanner for 8-12+ hours.

The system consists of 1 to 4 interchangeable battery packs (36 Ah, 12.8 V, up to 460 Wh each), a PowerDock power docking station with a 6-outlet power strip, and an external PowerCharge charging station (approx. 4-hour charge time). Batteries can be swapped tool-free for 24/7 operation, are rated for 5 to 7 years (or 3,000 cycles) of life, and are designed to mount on Newcastle cart configurations or an existing mobile cart.
